This Optical Tube Assemble (OTA) and German Equatorial Mount were not sold together, but come from separate sources. WebCriterion Dynascope RV-8 Note - this is NOT a Dynamax, but rather a precision, vintage 50s long focus reflector. Everything is original, and the mirror is in very nice shape. This is a 50s scope, and has great optics. Mount: this is the 1.5" mount (K6) on a heavy tripod, no drives or pedestal though

However, the “package” did include a Meade equatorial wedge! Unlike today’s scopes, this one was made before plastic parts became the norm. The telescope is made from aluminum and stainless steel parts.
